EAL Fitness Odense - Jumping Fitness
EAL Fitness is a new concept at EAL where all the skilled fitness instructors on campus will help us out and make sure we get some excersise.
The first edition of EAL Fitness will be Jumping Fitness! Oh yes, that's right - jumping fitness on trampolines! It's a hardoce work out with an instructor.
Since it's pretty intense and there are only 10 trampolines available there will be 2 teams each doing the work out for 30 minutes: the first team starts at 15:30 - 16:00 and the second team from 16:00 - 16:30.
The event is free, it's first come, first serve and it will take place in Building C.
The only thing you need to bring is your usual work out clothes (and water and maybe a towel).
